1. Albany, NY – Tulip Festival

Where: Washington Park
The Albany Tulip Festival 2025 takes place over Mother's Day weekend this year on May 10-11! It is one of the largest annual event in Albany.
The festival has over 140,000 tulips and includes live music, crafts, food vendors, and parades. It’s a Dutch heritage celebration and one of the largest tulip festivals in the U.S. Our favorite highlight is the tulip queen coronation ceremony! Towards the end of the festival they host a tulip dig where you can take home up to 30 tulips for $10.
2. New York Botanical Garden – Bronx, NY

Where: Seasonal Walk & Perennial Garden
A more curated and beautifully landscaped experience. The New York Botanical Garden rotates tulips with other spring blooms, and it's very Instagram-worthy. April through May the tulips are surrounded by other spring flowers like azaleas, lilies, and daffodils, making it feel like a spring wonderland. Tickets for entry to the entire park start at $35 for adults, and $12 for children over 2 years old.
3. Pump House Park- Battery Park City, NY
Where: Brookfield Place Mall
Peak season is 3rd to 4th week of April. Pumphouse Park is a key feature of Battery Park City's commercial core, situated near the esplanade and popular outdoor dining spots at the base of nearby office buildings. In the spring, the park comes alive with a vibrant display of tulips, adding a burst of color and tons of tourist who wish to snap a photos of the beautiful floral display back light by the Hudson River sunsets.
4. Holland Ridge Farms – Cream Ridge, NJ
Where: 108 Rues Rd, Cream Ridge, NJ 08514 (about 90 min drive from NYC/Philly)
Celebrating over 60 years, their u- pick tulip festival usually takes place from mid to late April, Holland Ridge Farms where they have over 8 million tulips in bloom. you are able to pick from over 8 million flowers starting at just .50 cents per stem on weekdays. Feels like a mini Netherlands. Their photo ops, petting farm, and food trucks make it the perfect destination for family outings.
5. Hershey Gardens – Hershey, PA
Where: 170 Hotel Road Hershey, PA 17033
Part of their Mid April- Mid May Spring Extravaganza .Hershey Gardens boasts over 60 breeds and 27,000 individual flowers, featuring a stunning array of tulips in their seasonal displays. While specific dates for peak blooms can vary, spring is an ideal time to visit and enjoy the colorful tulip gardens. You can also catch a variety of daffodils, lilies, and flowering trees as this time!
6. Brown Hill Farms – Tunkhannock, PA

Located in the scenic Endless Mountains, Brown Hill Farms boasts over 500,000 tulips and 25,000 daffodils spread across 4 acres. Their tulip season is expected to begin around April 26, 2025, offering visitors the opportunity to explore the vibrant fields and even pick their own tulips.

7. Arrowhead Farmstead – Manalapan, NJ

Arrowhead Farmstead combines tulip fields with family-friendly fun during its Dinosaur Tulip Festival, running from April 11 to May 4, 2025. The event features photo opportunities, dinosaur-themed attractions, and vibrant tulip displays. It's an excellent destination for families seeking a unique spring outing.
